New York City based General Contracting/Construction Management firm Marlboro Group International (MGI) is pleased to announce that Stephen Santoro has joined the firm as a Principal of MGI Universal Markets. Steve brings to MGI over 40 years of global commercial real estate expertise from the leasing, vendor management and construction platforms. His core focus will be the crossover markets serviced by MGI in the tristate region and managing the firm’s expansion into the Northern New Jersey, Mid-Hudson Valley, and New England markets.

Most recently, Steve had served as a Principal in the nation’s largest tenant brokerage business, Cresa and previously held the position of Executive Managing Director at Grubb & Ellis and Executive Vice President for The Peregrine White Company. He holds a BS in management from Fordham University.
